What you can expect from us

  • You are responsible for the support and development of existing customers in the assigned sales area (pharmacies, dermatologists, cosmetic institutes, clinics or distributors)
  • This also includes the acquisition of new customers under consideration of our selective distribution system
  • You take care of the implementation as well as the preparation and reworking of customer contacts including product & device presentations and training
  • You are the direct contact for our customers and are available for inquiries via modern communication media and/or off site
  • Sales control and monitoring of the development to ensure the reaching of set goals are also in your responsibility
  • You maintain close co operation with interfaces such as marketing, training, product management and logistics
  • You take care for our customer database via the CRM system and collect complex customer-specific orders into the ERP system
  • Participation in international exhibitions as well as networking with relevant trade and industry partners are also part of your tasks
  • If business trips are necessary, you are well embedded in an organisation; we make sure that cultural exchange and "knowing your customer" are not neglected, especially on international trips
  • Efficient exchange with your colleagues in Germany and all other branches, personal contact and regular meetings are very important to us

What you should bring with you

  • You have completed a commercial or medical training or a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • career changers are welcome, especially with appropriate practical experiences
  • professional experience in sales, ideally in the field of cosmetics/medical devices, is a plus
  • Selling is one of your great passions, but you also focus on the customer needs well
  • In addition to customer orientation and assertiveness, your way of working is characterized by independence, initiative while working in a team
  • Even in stressful situations, you do not lose track and keep a cool head
  • You are characterized by your hands-on mentality paired with entrepreneurial thinking
  • You are willing to develop personally and professionally and like to take on responsibility
  • A sound handling of MS Office and ERP systems is no problem for you
  • For this role is a mother tongue in one of the “nordic languages” essential in addition to very good German and fluent Business English skills
  • Willingness to travel is an advantage
